The boarding house "Theodora" is located on the very shore of the sea in Professorial corner – this is an area located at the foot of Mount Castel, which is located in the west of Alushta. In 2022, a complete reconstruction of the room stock was carried out. The territory of the boarding house is located on the embankment itself. There is a pier nearby, from where boats ply various cities of the Crimea. The professor's corner has a special microclimate, includes a park area, an embankment, a water park, a bowling alley, cafes, restaurants, etc.

How to get to the Boarding House from Simferopol railway station?
From the capital of Crimea, Simferopol, to Alushta, you can take the Simferopol - Alushta Crimean trolleybus and the Simferopol-Yalta intermediate trolleybus.
Trolleybuses depart from the stop near the Kurortnaya Bus Station, which is located next to the Simferopol Railway Station (Privokzalnaya Square, 1).
The transport moves, making the provided intermediate stops, and follows through Alushta bus station, arriving at the city trolleybus station.
Buses also run between Simferopol and Alushta, departing from the Kurortnaya bus station (8 Gagarina St., opposite the railway station) and the Central Bus Station (4 Kievskaya St.).

The Boarding House does not have its own parking.
You can use the free parking, which is located in the area of the trolleybus ring of the city of Alushta.
It is also possible to park your car in the parking lot of neighboring accommodation facilities for an additional fee (the cost of parking fees can be clarified with the Reception desk).
